As a Developer and General Contractor, Bill Clapperton of Custom Development has built over 225 custom homes and 175 condos as part of 80 separate projects ranging in prices up to $8,000,000 in La Jolla, Mt Helix, Mission Beach, Coronado and Point Loma. Bill has also remodeled over 90 homes in the same areas, including baths, kitchens, and tear-down to re-build. Bill understands that every client is unique, and works closely with clients to ensure that their specific needs and preferences are met. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, he is committed to providing personalized service and attention to detail. Bill is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and is affiliated with the eXp Pacific Beach office. When he’s not in the office you’ll find him on the golf course or walking around Mission Bay with his wife, Chris Love.
