With 47 years of experience in Luxury Real Estate, she not only has an extensive industry network, but an unmatched depth of knowledge on the history of nearly every parcel in Mission & Pacific Beach. Having sold many properties multiple times to multiple generations, Chris has been instrumental in the building and reshaping of the community working with numerous local developers including her husband Bill Clapperton of Custom Development.
