Scott Vinson II

Scott Vinson II is the Broker/Owner of Weichert SoCal recently named Broker of the Year for the San Diego Association of Realtors. Scott brings nearly two decades of experience in San Diego real estate. He’s consistently recognized as a top producer in the industry, earning prestigious honors such as the International President’s Circle, International Diamond Society, and the Sterling Silver Society. Scott was also named one of the top Realtors receiving the 30 with the 30 Under 30 Award and has received numerous local accolades, including Top Producer and Top Team Leader awards, along with consistent recognition from the SDAR Circle of Excellence. Scott serves as an instructor with the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR), specializing in sales and contract training. He is also the Chair for the South County Caravan at SDAR. Before his real estate career, Scott served in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Infantryman in the War in Afghanistan. His military background has equipped him with valuable skills in system implementation, organization, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
